We are a group of scientists at Oklahoma State University who study adversity and resilience in children and families. Our group is led by developmental scientists, Drs. Jennifer Hays-Grudo and Amanda Sheffield Morris. Our lab brings together faculty and students interested in studying and learning about adversity and resilience through a number of research projects described here on this website. A major initiative of our group is to disseminate research-based strategies and knowledge to help children and families be more resilient in the face of adversity. We do this through our books, presentations, podcasts, and workshops. We hope you will join us in our efforts to promote resilience in children, teens, and adults.​
